Taking time to relax and renew is essential to living well.
The antidote to stress is relaxation.
To relax is to rest deeply. This rest is different from sleep.
Relaxation is a state in which there is no movement, no effort
and the brain is quiet.
Deep relaxation calms the nervous system,reduces muscle tension
and improves circulation.
Not to mention, it just plain feels gooood!!!

Yoga Nidra uses various techniques to systematically relax the body, mind and ultimately the subconscious.
